The history of BSL goes back to 1946 with the production of vessels in stainless steel and later in 1961 the first manufacturing of Pipes and Elbows in Stainless Steel. Currently, BSL is a largely approved supplier to the Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Desalination, Petrochemical and other Industries with specific requirements concerning corrosion and heat resistance as well as highest expectations with regards to quality and safety. BSL is an approved supplier to almost all end-users such as Saudi Aramco, Qatargas, BP, Shell, PDO, Total and Petrobras among others.
The Plant is located in Soissons (France, 80 km from Charles De Gaule Int. Airport) and occupies a 130,000 m² overall space divided in 22.300 m² roofed production area, 12.000 m² storage, and 1,050 m² office building.
The core competence of the company is manufacturing of longitudinally welded Pipes as well as seamless & welded Fittings in Stainless Steel, Duplex-Grades, High Nickel and Special Alloys such as Copper Nickel. Our processes and Quality-Assurance System ensures operational excellence and traceability at all times.
In May 2022 BSL Pipes & Fittings joins the Allied Group, internationally at the top of the game in the nuclear and all other energy sectors.
This acquisition is in accordance with both the Group's growth plans and the market trends towards a concentration at all levels of the supply chain, and have been performed to further increasing the synergy among the Allied Group companies in terms of branding, products range, capacity, operations and stock management.
